Time management

In order to adjust your own times, please go to “Projects & times > Time report > Time management”.

If you hover over the time on the desired day with the mouse, you can edit the information by clicking on the spanner displayed.

If you would like to adjust employees’ times, go to “Projects & times > Time report > Employee reports". Then select the employees you require.

By clicking on “Correct”, you can add times and activities using the “+” tab.

Alternatively, you can edit the times given by hovering over the spanner displayed.

Employees’ time reports can be consulted at “Projects & times > Time report > Employee reports”.

On the page displayed, you can find an initial overview of minus or plus hours.

By selecting an employee, you can see the details of all times entered.

After exporting this data, you can also print out these reports.

An overview of all your assigned activities can be found under “Projects & times > Configuration > General > Activities”.

You can change available activities simply by clicking on them.

In addition, you can delete available activities by clicking on the action button (cog) and moving them to the Recycle Bin.

You can fill out information about the exact activity in the H column. There are various options here.

Under “Type”, you can select whether the process relates to a project, a cost unit or a customer.

Cost units can be defined as you wish. They are activities which you cannot invoice directly.

A distinction is made between productive cost units, i.e. cost units in which work is completed, and...

... unproductive cost units, i.e. cost units in which no work is completed, e.g. holidays or military service. These are important as they ensure that there are no minus hours when someone goes on holiday.

If you have worked hours for which you should be paid, even if they are not attached to a specific project, you can book this time directly to the customer.
